Jarmo Toikka, Founder, CEO
Jarmo is a highly experienced executive with extensive leadership experience. He founded OIVIA with the objective of providing organizations with senior-level management and consulting expertise that may not always be available internally.
Jarmo’s broad expertise is the result of a lifelong commitment to continuous learning and professional development. He is a strategic project management professional with a strong results-oriented mindset.
Throughout his career, Jarmo has held several c-level leadership roles across a wide range of functions, including ICT, procurement and logistics. All roles have included strategic project and development initiatives, process development, team leadership and contract negotiations.
In his free time, he can most often be found at his lakeside cottage, immersed in the tranquility of nature.
